WATER WEIGHTS™ load test bags are a unique product for providing a load in place of traditional dead weights for all forms of load testing. This highly certified system allows safe, practical and economical use of water as a weight for load testing.
Flexibility
WATER WEIGHTS™ bags are used for suspended loads or deck loads using any number of bags for loads up to 600 tons. Bags are made in standard sizes, but special bags can be manufactured to any practical shape or size.
Safe
WATER WEIGHTS™ bags are fully tested and certified in accordance with government requirements and regulations. Each bag has a minimum factor of safety of 6:1 and each bag is proof load tested to a minimum of twice its rated capacity.
Economical
For transportation, the bags with load cells weigh approximately 1.5% of achievable load thus keeping transportation costs, storage space and floor load to a minimum.
Practical
Use of WATER WEIGHTS™ load test equipment and services is a highly practical method of performing load tests. Controllable loading and minimal handling to achieve a wide variety of loads means minimum downtime for equipment under test.
Engineering
The load is always measured with a certified load cell or flowmeter 
allowing for 1% accurate where required.
All Water Weights™ bags are certified by the American Bureau of Shipping and the U.K. Department of Trade & Industry. The licensor, Water Weights™ is approved to ISO 9002.
